About Us Air surfing Is a part of Kites R Us Ltd which is a family run company that unlike many others do not just sell kites but who actually enjoy kiting and have been involved with kites for many years, going as far back as when stunt kites where the rage in the mid seventies with light weight aluminium tubes. We pride ourselves on being honest and are always happy to try and assist when ever possible. We have set up a forum for anyone to ask or reply to questions and generaly help everyone when we are unable, further to that we believe we are dedicated to our customers and would like you to tell us if you are unhappy or feel we could have done something better. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking on the add to basket button. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Discount Vouchers - Are only valid for orders with product values of £5.00 or more. Vouchers and Offer Codes are issued as a promotion or gesture of good will, we reserve the right to withdraw or reject any voucher codes that have not been used in good faith. Only 1 discount, voucher or offer code can be used per order.

If you prefer not to use a credit card online then select the method requesting a "Call Back" and we can take your details over the phone or you can always send us a cheque just place your order and when you get to the payment page use the "Cheque - Order Held Awaiting Cheque" Option in the check out stage - Then print your order and send it to use via post and we will process it as soon as we recieve it. Cheques Should be made payable to "Kites R Us" If you wish to pay by cheque then funds must be cleared prior to despatch of goods.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Delivery is charged by weight and location. UK customers have a number of varying delivery options, European and International orders are all dispatched by Parcel Force Global Priority Service or AirSure. AirSure is only available for items sized as follows 150mm x 150mm x 600mm Box or 70mm x 900mm Tube. If your item is too big to be sent via this method we will contact you.

We shall dispatch you item by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Carrier. If you have requested a faster delivery method then we shall ensure we do our best to dispatch your order via that method, Next day is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the carrier. We can not be held responsible for any cost incurred for none delivery.

EU, Eire and International Orders - We will supply orders to overseas customers, however we operate strict security measures and reserve the right to refuse and refund any orders placed if they fail to meet any of our policies. If you are unsure then please contact us. All EU and International orders are sent recorded using either Global Priority or AirSure Service and delivered normally within 2-3 Days. Please note customs in receiving countries may hold the goods for inspection and delay delivery. We can not be held responsible for these delays.
Delivery Schedule Charges start @ £2.00 and are dependant on weight and location.
Standard Delivery can take 2-7 Days (Normally 2 or 3 days)
Carrier 1-2 Working Days (Sent via DHL or UPS)
Carrier 3-4 Working Days (Sent via DHL or UPS)
Parcel Force 24 next day
Parcel Force 48 2 days
International is dependant on country and customs delays, normally up to 5 days

Please remember these times are week days and are from dispatch and not from order, some deliveries can be made on a Saturday but you must contact us to arrange special delivery.

Next day delivery is day after the item is despatched not the day ordered and maybe delivered up to 6pm.
If you must have the item by a specific time then please contact us directly and we can arrange a special am delivery to suit you. Please remember this is a custom service and is charged according to the special arrangements you require

We will always try and send your items by the fastest delivery service possible.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if it is likely to be more than a few days late.

Credit Card Numbers are not held in clear text on any web site and you can be assured that PROTX have to comply with the strictest security procedures required by your credit card company. Address verification is made in real time with you card issuer and it validates you address, postcode and security numbers. If you card gets declined this could be because some of the information fails to be verified or you are shipping to an address not authorised by you credit card company
Guarantee If you have a problem with your kite please contacts us, the manufacturers will repair, or replace any item that is found to be faulty. If you believe your kite does not fly the way it should Brookite will test fly any kite we return and issue us with a report.

Never return an item without a returns number as the item will not be accepted and is likel;y to be returned unopened

Returns Policy We want you to be absolutely satisfied with the items you purchase. In the unlikely event that you have to return faulty goods to us, we will replace, repair or refund the cost of the returned item in full. If you wish to cancel your order then please let us know immediately and we will arrange a full refund. If an item has been specially ordered or customised for you then these items will be subject to any costs already incurred. If you wish to return an item you do not require then you must contact us and request a returns number - never return any item without this authorisation. Goods return must be in a saleable condition and in the condition you received them, in all of the original packaging, and returned within seven working days of the delivery of the goods to you. Upon satisfactory receipt, we will pay the refund due to you, less any postage.

International orders are non returnable and damaged deliveries can not be claimed for.
